Delete your StepApp account

This page explains how you can delete your StepApp account and request deletion of your data.

Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account directly inside StepApp:

1. Open StepApp.
2. Go to the Account page.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to: ailee.theprojectprogrammer@gmail.com

Please include the email address linked to your StepApp account, if applicable.

Data deleted

When your account is deleted, StepApp will delete or anonymize account-related data where technically possible, including your account, username, friends, race data, coins, themes, and step progress.

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained temporarily where needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, technical logs, or legal compliance.
